You can get various icon making/editing software. Or you can save an image as a bitmap, then change the file extension to .ico.
And I need to know one thing. What the hell is that little blue face doing in your sig? I've been staring at it hypnotically for like 10 minutes trying to figure it out. In fact, explain the whole sig other than the words.

If you have photoshop, there's an add on for it. I believe the size of the ico file is 16x16 or 32x32 and you need a specific code to put it into your site, which I don't have but if you search the forums it'll be in one of those posts.

This would be placed under [head] and you have to change [ and ] to < and >
