I'm not sure about record labeled remixes... yes, I've accepted some in the past, like that eiffel 65, axel f... but I'm not sure about this time.

Alright guys, I'm hosting a competition for a secondary and drop-back host. Here are the rules...
1. Listen to this song.
2. Create a screenplay. First write, "Hi, this is <NAME>, secondary host of the g9core.com audio podcast." Then make some comments on the song.
3. Record yourself saying what's on the screenplay using Audacity.
4. Import Sensitivity Increase (the track) into Audacity. Go to effects>amplify, and select the track from the beginning to where you stop talking. Set the value to a negative number.
5. For the last 3 seconds of the song, select the track and go to effects>fade out.
6. File>export as MP3
7. Email the mp3 to me at g9core@gmail.com.

Basically, the secondary/drop-back hosts will create all the normal episodes, while I take on single artist features and Mac6. During the summer, I will take on everything as I will have a lot of time on my hands.

Alright Musical Serenity. I'm thinking guys, for show #25, I'm going to do something special... it's going to be a replay of what I think were the best songs of the podcast's history. In fact, I'm going to traditionalize that to occur every 25 podcast episodes.

Pure brilliance. Hey one idea to add to that. Why not have the artist's commentaries on their track if it's chosen? I mean, it'd be pretty sweet if the artists told the listeners their inspiration and such.

Well, we'll see how many different artists we have. I'm going to start a thread in the podcast forum determining the best track of podcast #2. After 10 votes, we'll move on, etc...

So are we then looking at a 24 or a 25 track podcast? I was thinking perhaps one from each podcast, plus your favorite overall. I dunno why I just like a nice, normal number like 25 rather than 24.

You're forgetting single artist features and the special feature... it's 24 normal episodes, mac6 show, 1 special feature, and 4 single artist features, making approximately 30.

Heh, I was thinking about asking you about something like this. I'd like to be a co-host for the Podcasts, but with my tight schedule somedays, I may not be able to do it. Will you be accepting more than one co-host, or will you just take one? If you're going to take more than one, then I'll apply, but I won't be able to do this alone if I do get it.
