You are being too antsy! Calm down, sit in a chair, take out a notepad, and jot down ideas! We all have brainfart at times and can't think of ideas, but just think a little bit and you'll come up with something.
Make it unique and have an interesting story, get a script, maybe voice actors!
It takes time but you'll get there, for now, relax!

dont listen to the shit they give you, in 04 i submitted atlease 4 flashes in which i recieved atleast 3 reviews in each that told me a should stop making flash. dont listen keep going
