Hav u ever heard of.................Practice,it is hard,But u get used to it,In my opinion Mouse gives more detail than a Graphics Tablet,I hav a Tablet,But I hardly use it.

Everyone does different stuff.
Quite alot of good FBF animators use there mouse, others use graphics tablets.
search it on google.

but how do you redraw something just like it was without using F6???
well i tried that it only shows the line of the previous frame (or selected ones). It's almost imposible to redraw it with a mouse.

If your drawing comes out crappy you can always right-click on the line and press 'smooth' or in rare cases 'straighten'. Also, you can fill in your drawing with color, delete the lines, and then use the ink-bottle tool. If you want practice with mouse-drawing I suggest you draw something on paper, scan it, put it into flash, and then trace it using onion-skinning.
oh thanks for the tip. but what do I do when my mouse acts like crazy becouse of bad floor connection (it happens a lot)
hint:
zoom in at 400x to make the drawing smoother
take time.
onion skin

Well,U get 2 kinds of Onion skinning,The Full Pic Onion Skin, Where it shows a ghost of the last frame, and the WireFrame, Where u just c a Line, And Animating with Drawings that u made with Brush is easier than Pencil or Line, If Sumday ur as experienced at FBF like Luis, Maybe u can try to use Line, Good Luck , Try to hav fun ( If theres a will theres a way ) and Remember, Ur never good enough to NOT Practice (Yay, I hav a new self created Quote)
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

kudos on the new quote...may have to steal it one day ^^
perhaps you're aiming too high for a first project? i started off animating stickmen and then moved onto simplified characters - then more detailed ones.
therefore, my advice is, makesure your characters are simple! especially if you're having difficulty.
Never forget...

lol,XD, U can qoute me on my qoute someday...Maybe...Wait...a sec I CAN COPYRIGHT IT, and then if u do I can sue, WOOOOOOO ( Ur never good enough to NOT Practice, Copyright 2006 : KTHonFire )
If this is ur first time...Dont start with sticks, U can...But I dont think u should, Make Characters , But simple drawings, That u can draw fast, Then u can go to more advanced graphics
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
Nope, it's not impossible, just look at Vinnie Veritas! He only draws with his mouse.
I have the same type of problem. I use the onion skin but the picture always comes out diferent. like maybe his head is to big or his mouth is to round or he grew an inch or w.e. how do you make it the EXACT SAAME

Holy Christmas, how can FBF animators do FBF animations with just the mouse?
I HATE mouse-painting. That's why I use tweening over FBF.

I found sticks useful when i first started, they let the animater get to grips wth the physics of a human, but are easy to do and anyone can do them if they're creative/have enought to.
Also, they can serve as the backbone for animations you may wish to do with more complex chars - stick the movements and then just apply your characters on a layer over the sticks.
Never forget...

If you want it exactly the same then you just increase the keyframe by 1,2, or however many extra frames your going to need it. Keyframes can be lengthened.
no what i mean is like how do you have their bodies and hair and everything the same but then like have thre arms move
there are two main types of stick animation.
the fbf one (everything redrawn
the tweened. (tweened obviously)
i just made this in 30 seconds.

oh yeah! one more question! How long does it take you FBF artists to make one movie which is about 1 minute long????
i draw with my mouse more because my characters are simple. i just use tablet 4 sketches

like my character for example, its just a blue dude with ears.

us mousers can't use the paint tool often. i use the pencil tool, set it to hairline, and i use the bucket to fill
I don't make any flashes yet but i do make some flips at some site ,its handy for practice though ---- here's the site http://www.fabrica.it/flipbook/
When I draw with the mouse, I only use primary shapes and line tool, and use the bezier curves to make my shapes. It tends to come out a lot smoother than free hand most of the time, since its hard to draw with the mouse.
Or, pick out a tablet and use your hand like normal drawing :).
Hi there!
