And reason and FL are also music producers, correct?
I know I'm not getting cubase, because it's too expensive... so the battle's between FL Studio, Reason, and Sonar. List those three programs, from best to worst.

Composing, recording, editing, mixing, and remixing... grabbed that off the guide to software. Can Sonar, Reason, and FL do all of that? And how well?

Sonar can I think, Reason and FL can't record and edit waves as such, but can import them.
If that's what you're looking to do, pick up a copy of Cubase SX3 or ProTools. Thats the sort of software you want.
