Also, The Iron Cross I'm using is a wingdings character if you go into microsoft word, select insert > symbol, and search through the font wingdings (not 2 or 3 or webdings) it should be there, this will allow you to use it more effectively ^^

That doesn't really make it racist though does it, like he said it was used in world war one as well, before the nazis. SS officers also wore grey uniforms, is grey now a racist colour?
