The biggest game of the year is happening tonight at 7:30 Pacific time. I'm so nervous, but I have faith that the Canucks will decimate the Flames for the fourth straight time.

This is a huge game though...who's watching it?

I'll be watching it over at my sister's house probably,i'm rooting for the Canucks but i have a bad feeling about the Flames winning but i'm sure that with the Canucks needing the win as bad as they do they can pull it off,it will indeed be a great (maybe violent) game. :)

Bah, I guess I'll have a somewhat quiet night at work while everyone's watching the game.
Where's it being played tonight?

Cloutier, Jovo, and Salo might return tonight, so that'll be something.

Thank god, because having motherfucking Carney as a staple on the power-play was an embarrassment to everyone. Kinda sucks that LA, San Jose, Edmonton, or Vancouver is going to miss the playoffs.

Hate to say it, but I'm picking Edmonton and San Jose to move on.

I hope Colorado drops...but as much as I hate to say it, I think it'll come down to either Edmonton fucking choking and Van getting in, or it'll be decided in the home and home series between SJ and Van...either way, it's rough, because I love San Jose, and I love my Canucks. :'(

Bahhhhh.
One of the guys at school is a family friend of Trevor Linden's, and he got hooked up with tickets a few weeks ago.
:(

Damn, one day, I'll go to a Canucks game.

If I lived there, I'd be going to a lot of games...apparently sales are doing shitty right now, because of the slump we're in...Pratt and Taylor were saying that scalpers can barely get what they paid for tickets lately. It's odd.

Yeah, I think it's basically Ed VS Van for that last playoff spot, which is unfortunate beacuse I like both teams.

But on the bright side, Toronto is out (ok, ALMOST officially out)...and I think we can all rejoice to that.

That is odd. Maybe because of Team Canada's loss? Who knows.
Sorry to sound stupid, but are they gearing up/starting the Playoffs? :(

Yes, that little tidbit makes me very happy. The only problem is, people are saying that Pat Quinn might become the president of the Vancouver Canucks because of the Leafs fuck up. :-/

They're still optimistic...amazingly.

Ducks doubled up on the Kings 4-2, likely ending their playoff hopes.

What ever happens, and who ever wins...

Calgary still wins.

The game has no value to us at all. No incentive, NO NOTHING. We are just simply so far ahead, we could easily lose three in a row and remain in third.

It's a little big of you to say decimate, Dave, when we are the ones who decimate you in the standings.

But if by some miracle they crawl into 6th, you might be in trouble.

Luckily, I don't see that happening.
