Well, I don't know about you, but I find it to be a funny show. Some of the episodes were kinda on the "meh" side, but personally I find a lot of it to be hilarious.

I guess it's just not for everyone, we all have different senses of humor though, so whatever. If you don't like it, fine, don't watch it. I'll continue to watch and enjoy it though. :D

Then make your own fucking TV show, I would like to see you do any better. Nobody is forcing you to watch it; get the sand out of your vagina and shut the hell up.

Drawn Togethers first season was great but this second season is just too much with the gross toilet humor.

Actually, it's hillarious. Sure, you tend to get pissed once in a while watching it, but that's only because it makes fun of everyone, and sooner or later it's gonna make fun of your social group of beliefs. It's STILL hillarious.

Not random, if you were intelligent enough to understand the reference. If you watched The Simpsons, a lot of those events seem random unless you understand the reference.

And this is different from The Simpsons how? Don't see you making a thread out of that. To most people, Life is just a sequence of completely random events, anyhow. Who would want to watch a TV program about a "normal" family doing "normal" everyday experiences? You'd might as well turn around and watch your family. That's why some people enjoy that randomness.

Don't like Family Guy? Don't watch it. You're not being forced to by the Evil Overlords of Fox or Adult Swim. You can complain and prompt discussion if you want to, but most of it seems as if you're hating on the show that happens to get millions of viewers. And I'm sure the people who watched and continue to watch do it because it's not funny.

I'm not saying it's not funny, It's not exactly my favourite, but the major clincher is this; tons of people seem to think they're brilliant and privvy because they watch Family Guy. Not the case in most circumstances, (from what I've seen).

Case in point, Family Guy starts to suck because of the fans who spew quotes ruin the episodes before I even get a chance to see them. Then there's the whole deal where they think they're intellectuals because there are cultural references sprinkled throughout the show that they don't understand*, but laugh at anyway, and then proceed to look down on those who don't get them, or say otherwise about the show being utterly hilarious.

*seriously, I watched about 4 episodes because my friends bought a season, and they laughed at everything. I remember disctinctly the show making fun of 'SIx Feet Under' for being pretentious, and they instantly cackled at it. I first asked if they had ever seen Six Feet Under, then when they responded with a 'no', I asked them why they were laughing. Ugh.

Randomness on Family Guy just isn't funny. The show tries too hard to be random at times, and most of the jokes are forced.

So yeah, Family Guy has some funny moments, but I find it overrated. Family Guy is a little better than Simpsons (new episodes), but not much.
