Create a shortcut to regedit (c://WINDOWS>regedit or RUN>regedit) and put it on flash drive, take it into school or library and access regedit through the shortcut.

Now browse through it like this.

HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current version > then click on the internet folder, then double click 'ProxyEnable' And change the variable to 0.

You can now browse the internet to its full extent, ie porno, newgrounds, other stuff ect ect.
