The point isn't to finish it. When you take one, they even tell you, "don't try and finish the test, you can't."
They want to see what you're good at. To take a test properly, you skip over questions that take too long, and come back to them later. In this manner, they can ascertain your strengths and weaknesses based on what you did/didn't answer.
