Hi. Im fully aware how to import a video into flash so you can watch it as a swf. But can someone tell me how i would go about editing a video similarly to the FF8 Random Encounter round on NG?

make a layer over the video and draw there

yes... But when i import the video it takes up 1 frame, i cant therefore edit specific parts

when you import it isnt it automatically a black square with a picture in the centre? This picture, for me, takes up 1 frame

er, il check but im currently not on the PC with flash on it :D strange as it may seem
