No and yes, most regulars stoped posting here, not untill the next Zelda game comes out will they come back I think, im like the only one of them that posts here somewhat often.

But since then, some new people have come and are active.

This place isn't very active, but there's several people who actually do post in here (me included) so if you want to just drop by here and post something then just do that.

Speaking of which, has anyone heard of Project Deluge?

Eh, no big surprise, that's obviously not something Nintendo would do, especially with such a popular series like Legend of Zelda. Although if it were real, it might not be too bad. In my opinion.

Hmm yeah, they´ll probably stick to a traditional Zelda game. I have to admit though, who-ever made that up had some pretty good ideas.

The plot certainly seemed interesting. I liked the idea of a psycho main character, and the place the game would have in the timeline (right before and after the flood). Only the steampower thing didn´t sound too great, but all in all I think it could become a pretty awesome game. It probably wouldn´t look much like a real Zelda game anymore though and a lot of diehard fans are probably not gonna like it...

So why would that in itself make it a bad game? It actually sounds like that might make it very interesting, especially in that it would make it unique and a step away from the traditional Legend of Zelda games. It also might give people a different perspective in the Legend of Zelda games, and might encourage people who had never played the series to get into it.

I never said it would make the game horrible. It's just a dramatic change in the series.

Hmm yeah they´re probably gonna make it one of the last games for the Wii, like they did with MM on the N64 and TP on the Gamecube.

If that's true, then it will be way later than 2010. Because the Wii only came out a couple of years ago. And look at how long thePS2 was out before they released the PS3. Nintendo won't create a new console until at least 2015 or something. And why would they need to? The Wii is successful enough, so they don't need to make another one. It's like with anything. When sales are doing fine, why create something else that will just interfere with sales of the first item, reducing profits from both products.

Hehe, I don´t think it will take that long. I believe the Nintendo timeline so far is like this:

SNES - 1990~1993
N64 - 1996
Gamecube - 2001
Wii - 2006

With a few handheld consoles in between. There´s about 5 years in between each so it´s probably gonna be somewhere around 2011. But then again the Wii is quite revolutionary and I think they are a few steps ahead of Microsoft and Sony at the moment, so perhaps there is no need to release a new console by then. Unless of course they invent something completely new, like VR games.

Yes I have, twice actually. It get´s a little harder the second time since there are a few rooms with extra enemies. Especially that last fight vs three darknuts is hard.

Yeah, but my point was that if Nintendo will release the nest Zelda game near the end of the Wii, then it'll be awhile. But Nintendo is also a few steps behind with graphics and big name third party titles, so... to each his own.

I just wait for them to attack first. Then I just hack away while their guard is down.

Damn, I need to actually beat LoZ TP. I'm on I think the last or second to last dungeon, but I haven't played it in months. Been too busy playing SSBB lately. Has anyone noticed in that game Ganondorf is strong as hell? He does great in the 100 man Brawl.

The Twilight Palace is the 8th (2nd to last) dungeon, Hyrule Castle is the 9th (last) dungeon.

Hyrule Castle is shorter than all the other dungeons.

Oh. Then I guess I'm on the third to last. I'm in the dungeon in the sky. But all I know is that I'm close to the end. Also, I wasn't really trying to beat it, I was just trying get all the side heart pieces and such.

Hmm I guess that´s true, although I prefer cartoony graphics over ugly looking 'realistic' graphics to be honest. And I´ve rarely ever seen a game with very nice realistic graphics so far.

I thought that strategy did not work too well, since they quickly get their guard back up again. Usually I just used that sideroll attack often or used a jump attack, which sometimes hit but most of the times did not.

Another diffecult point was that all three of them can attack at any moment instead of just the one you´re targeting like in the older Zelda games.

I don´t know. Last time me and some friends played Brawl we had not unlocked Ganondorf yet. I heard they did now, so I guess I´ll pick him next time :p

Yeah that last dungeon was a bit dissapointing. The castle was huge, but...

*spoiler alert*
it turns out that there was just one huge ballroom and a few smaller rooms =/ All the stuff that you had to do outside in the courtyard probably took longer.
*end spoiler*
