I can't believe Sonic X CC Trilaer didn't get over 1st place for the week. I watched about about 30 seconds of "Say Something" and it was annoying as heck.

I actually watched the whole thing and the concept was kinda funny but come on, Sonic X CC Trailer is far better then that little laugh although I do hate those ads.

Not sure I liked Clones in Love and Kickback Mountain too much though.

Hanged Man's Elegy was BY FAR the best out of all of them. It had an actual purpose, and as much as I liked the Sonic trailer Alek Wasilewski's film was a piece of art, not just an impressive graphical showcase. It is sad to me that it won neither the weekly first place nor the reviewer's choice awards.

yeah sorry to those who are deeply offended by my movie getting weekly first even though i had nothing to do with where it went. i'm glad a lot of people liked it and empathize with the message of it. like people are channeling their anger for the ads through it, that's kinda cool lol

Hey, I wasn't blaming you or anything. Your movie was quite good for what it attempted to do. It came at just the right time and latched onto a huge wave of public support - people were giving high marks for the message as well as for the content. Hell, I liked it as well. Good job on getting first.

I just think that "Hanged Man's Elegy" is superior in the sense that it tries to do much more - I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a prestigious film festival someday winning a major prize. It's more than an internet cartoon.
