That's more than enough spending money. I brought $200 last time and it was plenty to get me by. :)

Yeah, me and Nephthys were talking about changing the date to a more suitable time, like in the holidays (anywhere between 1st July - 16th July).
However, she's now run off somewhere, and I haven't heard from her for a few weeks now.

The problem is that one member is having trouble finding time to fully participate the event. And that member might only show up for one night. :(

So, I thought this was a good chance to forward the meet up into the holidays, which I had been concidering for some time now.

Just brainstorming though, no cause for panic.

So yeah, I'll probably be sending out emails in a few days if she still doesn't show up.

Yeah, me and Neph got it all sorted apart from the minor date issue, so as soon as I get word from her again we can email everyone the final details.
