Bully at the pokemon club

Now as some of you know, i'm having trouble with a guy and i usually spend lunch times playing pokemon in Mr.Collins' classroom (he's like this cool tech teacher). So anyway, i asked if i could start an after school pokemon club and he said yeah and it's going ok, a couple of kids younger than me come and i totally pwn them at pokemon 8)

But this guy a couple of years older has started coming and when mr.collins isn't looking he kicks me under the table and stuff.

I wanna kick him out cause i created the club and all and am the president and have all the power and stuff but mr.collins won't let me, he says i need to make friends with him and 'share our common interests' >:(

I'm gonna tell mom and get mr.collins fired or something cause its just not fair
