looking for a ps1 game

a long time ago i played an awsome ps1 game, it was a 2d rpg, not turn based combat, and I remember at the start of it you find an oracle that looks like a glowing orb. thats about it, I cant remember its name and Ive looked everywhere. If any newgrounders know what Im talking about plz reply >.<

no, I think the main character was blond, it is like sword of mana though, u get diff weapons as the plot moves on.

hmmmmm cam't help you there (i have about 100 ps1 games, most of them pirated :( ) but it's beyond me why you want to find out about an 8 year old game........well, i can't talk, i just brought operation flashpoint.

its a ps1 game, so its not cronotrigger, and I know what Tales of Phantasia is. I keep remember minut details its driving me mad. I remember at the start of the game the orical is a glowing orb, and you get to ask it 4 questions, or somthing like that.

It certainly does. I belive it had a few updates as well, but I can't confirm it, since I have the SNES version...

oh oh! I remembered somthing else! you collect weapons like in legend of mana, the last weapon you find you get off a huge boss, it lets you duel wield swords. and in that same dongeon u fight that boss (I think its a jail or somthing) you find an old man who gives you a key he says he has hid up his ass for many years, im not joking here XD I remember some of the other prisoners, I think an old lady who was worried about her "little" son, and her son who is a friggin gaint (about 5x bigger then you), thats all I got >.<

Got somthing else, I remember even the battle system resembles legend of mana alot too, but areas are divides up, when you want to leave a specific area it goes to a light brown (old looking) map with icons everywhere indicating areas. I remember this one place, it was like an underwater temple or somthing, there were alot of blue fish-men with big pitchforks. thats all I got, I'll post again with anything else I remember.
