Haha, if everything was 'good', and there was no scourges, or anything of the sort, there would be no point in living, would there? What would be the point, if everything on earth, was 'perfect'? There wouldn't.

Can you see air? Of course not. I guess that means there is no air, either.

Dumbass.

There might be a God. There is no evidence that proves he does or doesn't exist.

because firstly god is supposed to be kind and friendly, so why d we have terrible weather in some parts of the world. why are we butchering each other if there was a god this would not happen.

Sometimes bad things happen to good people, how they handle it is what makes them who they are.

if you belive in god i want you to tell me why.

Because I cannot imagine the possibility of there being no afterlife. Eternal salvation just seems too good to pass up!

I think there's a perfectly logical explanation, but human's just don't have the mental capacity to ever discover why. When something unexplainable happens, human's fall back/rely on things that are easier to conceive.

A god is an omnipotent being. That means they can control EVERYTHING, and even are everything. If you're going to try and prove that God exists, don't make points that show he doesn't exist.

Firstly there must be some sort of higher being/God.

Secondly, all religion is man-made and false.

man-made and false-hell yes.
higher being/god- no. do not think how the universe came into being, as it cannot be answered

Idiots will flame, I'll just state my beliefs

Now i'm not saying you intelligent bunch could possibly be part of this group of people (/sarcasm), but I think not believing in God is the "cool", "popular" thing to do nowadays. People don't find their own reasons to not believe and just follow other's because that's what everyone else is doing.

I hate to do things because of others, me I'm athiest closer to agnostic, because I have seen no tangible evidence of a God, I have seen evidence of science, I have seen evidence of human behavior, but no evidence of a higher being. If I see tangible, not eyewitness but proven accounts of a higher being, being made by the unbias, I will believe in God.

I don't particularly judge people for their religious beliefs, but it's just an annoyance to see a bunch of angsty teenages trying to proove something they know nothing about.

I on the other hand do, religious groups as a whole seem to despise athiests, and as even the Bible says "Judge not lest ye be judged"
Yet people who seem to follow this belief judge, and kill...

Than that of coarse leads to those insane religious people who try to make up for the "sinners" who don't believe, creating these two groups each the extreme of each end. Argh. I wish everyone would stop caring what other people think of their religious beliefs.

Extremists, radicals, whatever, are scum...
