Go to the flash portal and vote on under judgement submissions only. They can be found at the top of the far left column with the light grey background. Vote 0 or 1 if you think the submission is going to be blammed, vote 2, 3, 4 or 5 if you think it's going to be saved. You need to vote correctly to receive the respective points.

Goto Flash Portal and press any submission that have gray back!
then open submission until it load there hsould be voting bar.
now 0-2 is blam 3-5 is protect
