We've had this debate many times, and it just doesn't matter. The circumsized penis is said to be more aesthetically pleasing, and easier to clean. I think there's something to be said for a penis that retracts into a self-contained little package when not in use. The rest of the animal kingdom seems to be doing pretty well with that idea. If armageddon ever comes upon us, and I'm forced to run around naked all the time, I'd much rather have my junk flopping around a bit less. Also, the glans penis is actually a mucus membrane, much like the walls of a vagina...but circumcision gets rid of its protective skin cover, and it dries out and thickens to be more skin-like. I dunno, but if my penis is being dried out and thickened...doesn't sound like a good thing really.
