Need some pointers

I need a bit of help on using Flash MX. If you've got any basic pointers id really appreciate it. THank Ya!!

this is how a person becomes a great flash artist from the start.

1. take all of the tutorials provided in the help menu. there are like 9 or something.
2. draw some stuff, make tweens, put the tutorials into action.
3. make a little stick animation or a shape tweening thing. send it to newgrounds, but dont expect it to be saved.
4. look at other movies. learn drawing and animation tips from them.
5. figure stuff out about flash ureself by experimentation and tutorials online.
6. experiment with actionscript, u will learn what it is later.
7. go to some kickass tutorial sites like flashkit.com and actionscript.org.
8. ask flash bbs, but no stupid questions such as how to make a whole movie or game, they will just get pissed off at u greatly.
9. keep on using it, dont give up; one day u shall get very good.
10. ehh, i might have left out some stuff, but hey, at least i didnt get pissed off and yell at u like i do 9/10 times. i took my pills today : )
