It's 'numa numa iei'. The actual name is 'Dragostea Din Tea' by O-Zone, but you'd be better off searching for simply 'Numa Numa'.

Probably "Gasolina", by Daddy Yankee (LOL, I know). The music genre is "Reggaeton" a relatively new, disgusting, so-called "music", though it's good for parties nontheless. That's the only thing that comes to my mind considering your description.
