The Sherrif came to my house... 2006-03-08 15:09:49 Reply

And told me that my parents might be charged with medical neglect, and I may be charged with truancy. He said that because I've missed so much school, they think I'm either sick and probably not being treated, or I'm skipping school. No matter what, I'm fucked. It's either me or my parents getting in legal trouble, and I don't know what to do. They said that in order to believe that I am staying home sick, I have to go to my doctor to get an evaluation. But my doctor hates me passionately. He'll never say I am genuinely ill (which I am part of the time). They'll most likely put me in foster care, make me repeat this year, and put me on probation. I don't want that to happen. Any suggestions? And btw, I might need this thread to be deleted later for legal reasons. And maybe both of my accounts too (this one, and my original one which was hacked, Kazera). The things I've said on newgrounds about skipping school and many other things can be used against me in court if found by the police. However, I don't think they're doing any sort of investigation, so I don't think I need it deleted right now. Anybody know what I should do?

Since my parents weren't home earlier today when the Sherrif came, theye're gonna have to call him later. I'll get all of the details then, so I'll keep you posted and tell you if I really need my accounts and stuff deleted.

I don't even know if I CAN have my account deleted. Can I request for it to be deleted if I need to?

You can request to have your account deleted, but Newgrounds is not in the practice of aiding in the destruction of evidence.

What's more, I seriously doubt they will be calling the Internet Crimes Unit because you're truant.

God, just admit to being truant. There's no sense in bringing your parents, an innocent party, into any kind of trouble. Face up to the fact that you skipped school a bunch of times and got busted.

But if I am charged, this could really mess up my future.

Well, it's actually a lot more complicated than that. Let's just say I have a bad history. I'll just leave it at that. And if schools are looking up student's myspace pages for just about no reason, then you can bet that the police would look on the internet for something like this.

I just got the details. My parents aren't going to be charged with medical neglect because I haven't been too sick (but I have been sick enough to stay home.. for part of the time, atleast), so there's no reason for the charge. And as for the charge of truancy... well, my mom told the police that I have been legitamately sick, so they believe her (I owe her a lot for saying that). I just might have to be home-schooled or something now. But please don't lock this topic, because the situation might change (they might find out that I'm actually being truant or just look into it further), and I don't want to have to make another thread for it incase I might need my account deleted.

The BBS isn't the place to request stuff like that, really.

Kids at my school get suspension for truency.

But then again, it is so common that the charges may be less harsh.

Admit to being truant. It's your fault that you've been skipping school. Your parents shouldn't be blamed for what they didn't do.

Well now, I a a plan which would get you out of this situation.

1) find yourself $50

2) get banged up the ass by a male prostitute

3) reap the benifits of a watertight excuse!

police: you havn't been to school lately, are your parents neglecting you?
you: I HAVE AIDS!
police: shit!
