I listened to the song, and it really does sound like you used the original. Even if you didn't, it must have sounded close enough for it to be banned. Check that link, and see if anything apllies to your song.

The original by who? doesnt sound like any of the commercial or NG covers i've heard. Rather it sounds like a remake using samples from some of them and some vst.

I just listened to your song, yeah for one thing you should have put "REMIX" or LOOP if you used parts of the song like the main theme. Cause if you didnt you leave yourself open to copywright blablabla stuff. If you see mine I did that for all three, but I did use existing midi files to alter them. Thats why I added REMIX LOOP so people know what I did to the files.

Possibly a low grade mp3 rip , maybe and/or a wrong sample rate and/or lack of mastering the track round the loops. The reverb in general sounds a bit off, a lack of smoothness and cutting between different sounds. Thats my impression anyway. I'm gonna go skin up.
