The Next Gta?

GTA is well known for it's controversy and almost infinite challenges in game. San Andreas was truly a remarkable game and we're eager to find out what the next one will be set and what it includes.

From what I've uncovered the possible GTA names/locations are as following:

GTA 5
GTA 6
Grand Theft Auto: Tokyo
Grand Theft Auto: Bogota
Grand Theft Auto: Sin City

Of course there are rumours the next city is "Carcer City" from GTAII, this is most possible because the Rockstar team who develop the 3D GTAs have been using the cities used from the original games.

Also there have been rumours of the next GTA set in 6 european cities, it was meantioned in the "GTA Originals" thread and after a little searching on google I found something similar

GTA London 1969 and 1961 have also been rumoured to be remade for the next GTA for a long time especially after the launch of GTA:SA but with the launch of "The Getaway" set in london and "The Godfather" game set in the 60s it could be possible they scapped that idea to give players something new

From what I know from magazines I've only seen two images of the alleged next GTA:

The first one was the "next gen" GTA which most people have seen

Another was from a magazine however I do not have the image. It consisted of two men waering black suits next to a car shooting at something. It looked like london gangsters or the mafia.

So what is the next GTA? It's been since late 2004 the last GTA (not counting Lib city Stories) was released and there is not a single word about it from Rockstar. Do not forget GTA vice was launched a year after GTAIII.

So what do you think should be in the next GTA? I personally would like it if you could create your own character from scratch and choose what voice to have it with. Imagine, you can either have a white person who dresses smart or a black gangsta with a lot of grunt.

I heard about the name Sin City before and it taking place in the city from the original GTA II, but I doubt they'd make it happen in six different cities, because transportation would be a bitch, simply said

In my eyes, they need to stick to what you were able to do in GTA: SA, but improved, just with more options, and the create-a-char option would seem fine with me

San Andreas was at one stage gonna be called Sin City I beleive (Having Vegas and all)
And yeah like you said on GTA 1 There was Liberty, San Andreas and Vice City.
An English one would be cool.

There was something on the official website about them doing 6 cities. Nothing special since the PS3 has blue-ray dvd's that can hold 40-60 gig.

Its just a game....You break the law in the game because you cant break it in real life without getting some judgement.The whole idea of the game is so you can do stuff thats not really possible in real life.

Looks like Jack Thompson's son found newgrounds, One thing, violent video games are outlets for anger, it does'nt promote it. Why should I kill a guy and then be anally raped for the rest of my prison term when I can kill a guy in a video game without much to worry about. I suggest you go out more. Anyways, I'm a bit skeptical about the new GTA, what's left to do, they already did everything cool in SA. They had jetpacks, jets, Riot tanks, what's left to Do?! Maybe a GTA in the future, with rocket cars and that shit.

It's going to be GTA 4, and that "next-gen" screenshot is fake, at least thats what I heard.

If Rockstar North are mainly leading the project and rockstar just funding it could be in Scotland somewhere. Best bet would be connecting Glasgow to Edinbrough and then the rest of England. I got the Glasgow thing from the fact that the rockstar north HQ is in Edinbrough and he said he liked Glasgow because of its vast culture.
