any1 fly remote control airplanes?

ive always wanted to get one, they always looked like so much fun.

they even got jet powered planes now.

of course, i dont know about spending that kind of money of a toy that i would proally crash. although.... that would look pretty baddass when it blew up.

I used to. My dad crashed it and we never got around to fixing it. I miss the time we spent together... :*(

I had a "Firebird XL" which cost $300.
Biggest waste of money ever. Every second time I'd fly it I'd have to get new wings until my engine ended up falling out and I decided to say fuck it. It decomposing in my closet right now.

WARNING: if you're going to get into that sort of thing buy cheap ones first!

I bought a $250 helicopter a while back and it broke right after I finally learned how to fly it (crashed it alot).

new wings everytime? wtf? i would got my money back... i dont know much about them. my dad has a friend that owns a hobby shop, im thinking about getting one from him.

hey, what better time to break it out of the closet and see if you can make the wings work ;).
