Character Design, Ok this is pretty much a thread for feedback be it bad or good, improvments or re-modeling, each one will be taken on the chin and accepted so feel free to say what you think.

Character

At this moment in time i've just sketched him and converted to flash so a name and background story are not made yet. Feedback on this would also be appreciated for naming and such.

Lol, i guess i could do him with a skateboard its just i still dont know the base story so i cant realy ad anything untill i know who and what he is and what he's doing :D... i've took it into concideration tho. MayB another Sonic underground based show is coming round...

Yea i was kinda hinting on changing the hair, but i need a straightened hair look so i guess ill give him a make over... thanks.

xD Once again i aint sure yet so im guessing you'd like him to be a sk8r? If so ill have to think of a backstory so Keep checking back and ill post up the Skateboard "noname" and the biker "no name"

Im actualy happy with the way it turned out :D the skateboards works perfectly, so good decision there.

Also i need to think of a storyline so expect a new topic in somewhat 2-3 days with storyboard scans :D.

Nice, now have some muggers come out and cap his ass!! Have them steal his skateboard and then he has to work his way up the blacklist with his new skateboard thats really crap, then skater number 2 can be a girl and she likes to persuade him to stick skate board wheels up her ass. You can't go wrong with that!

Firstly have his skateboard a different colour cos i feel it blends in with trousers too much. Also have his blinking quicker(same amount of time beween blinks but it takes him about a 2nd to blink, it should just be a quick movment

The background is a bit dark, but reminds me of Double Dragon....

I think the only problem that I can really point out is the hood. Do you think you could make it lay down on his shoulders and back a little more instead of floating like that?

Yeah i agree, i was struggling with the hood from the off, he originaly didnt have one. I guess ill try and loosen the hoody up, make it alot more baggy.

its not bad its very good actually but 2 things which would make it better 1 has already been mentioned here the skateboard, yeh give him a skateboard

another thing you could flatten out his hood a tiny bit, becuase it just sticks out, overall its a good character.

Well for the first part the update version has the skateboard which was a few posts up, also i've started on the loosening up of the hoody, expect a update sometime tommorow.

problems with drawing
1) his eye is way to sharp and looks like it is a lonely gap of a head/ face
2)the hand isnt griping the skate board
3) shoes are thin but that can be ok
fix these and he will look good
