Gary Glitter, the UK musician who has been indited several times on counts of child molestation and child pornography, amongst several other things (DWI, Bankrupcy, coke addiction, alcoholic, etc.) was sentenced to three years in prison followed by deportation from Vietnam, in a Vietnamese court today.

Glitter was found guilty during a two-day trial of committing obscene acts with a 10-year-old and 11-year-old at his rented seaside villa in southern Vung Tau last year.

This is the second country Gary Glitter will be deported from, the first being Cambodia in 2002.

Only 3 years? No way is that justice, the evidence against him was overwelming so he should have got a much longer sentence. He even had the cheek to say 'I'm innocent, I have done nothing wrong'.
