Arrrgh, my sleep pattern is messed up, I wake up at 2pm and then go to bed at 6am...

Does anyone else suffer from lazy animator syndrome or is it just me?

I go to bed at 11 PM and wake up at 5 in the morning.

Last year in the summer i would go to bed at 4:00 AM and wake up at 4:00 PM 0.o

I've been like this for a month, and it keeps getting worse and worse. My parents said "go to sleep a little earlier every day", but i'm so far now, i might as well just drink coffe and try the whole cycle :P

Yes, I have the same problem. I wake up at 7pm and go to sleep at noon. I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule, but it's pretty fucking hard to get out of the habit of waking up late in the afternoon and going to sleep in the morning.

at least you're getting 8 hours sleep. I go to bed at 1 and get up at 5:30. I'm a sloth in the morning

My sleep pattern is always messed up. Right now its 4pm till 10pm. Then I stay up for the rest of the night, then go to college in the morning, then come home and go to bed. Should get back to normal soon though.

Yeah, that's exactly the same here. Luckily, tomorrow, I don't have to go to school...because of a funeral...I take back the lucky part.

I'm a complete insomniac. Try my way of sleeping and then get back to me with your problem.

I sleep weird

luckily at this moment in time I haven't got insomnia.

My normal bedtime is 2am and I wake up either at 9am on a college day or 3pm on a day off

Sleep pattern? What is this?

I go to bed anytime after 3AM, and wake up anywhere from 10AM to 6PM...it's pretty random.

Thank god other people wake me up for hell, I mean work...not that that's original at all.

Sleep depends on what is going on for me. Sometimes I'm an early bird, 4am I'm up, but other times I'll sleep in to 3pm or later.

I guess what I'm saying is that I do not have a sleep pattern.

5-10 is when I'm at my best. But a quick 6-8 is also manageable. Obviously, the most preferable is a full night's sleep of 8-9 hours starting around midnight, but that doesn't happen very often.

8-9 hours of sleep is the best, I agree, but I hate my damn phone ringing when I'm trying to dream and sleep, grrrr...

I've been going to bed around six pm and getting up around 3:30 am. I feel like an old man, but the sunrises are quite enjoyable, though I am really discombobulated at times.

As a matter of fact i have to stay up all night and the following day to get my sleep schedule back on track (was sleeping at 7am and waking up at 3pm) so i gotta put a stop to that,i got 2 packs of nitro pills and a 4 pack of energy drinks so i should be able to make it through the day (i hope).

Do not drink too much coffee nor get too excited before bed time!

Holy fuck, I thought I was the only one.

Weekdays
Bed at: 12:30-1:30
Up at: 7:30

Weekends
Bed at: 1:30 - 4:00
Up at: 1:00-3:00

Actually on holidays after 3 days of sleeping in, I stay up later and later. I think 6:00 was the latest I went.

I hate waking up and seeing the sun setting, fuck. Why can't each day be like, 3 hours longer. One of these weeks I'm gunna keep going to bed super late and wake up super late until I'm back to going to bed a reasonable time.

btw where do you draw the line between, bad sleeping habits, and sleeping disorder?

I'm used to getting about 4 Hours of sleep.

My sleep schedule:
Get up at 7:00AM.
Go to be at 3:00AM or 4:00AM.

It works for me >:B
