please someone give me an explanation why am i not in frontpage if i was 2nd daily best with points over 3.9 1 day after the voting havng the 1st daily best under 3.9 !?

Calm down. My last animation got Daily Second and one before that got Daily Third and neither got a front page.
It's not that Tom didn't think it was good or anything. He probably just missed it, couldn't find room for it, or thought there were others more deserving of a front page.
Anyways, just deal with it and move on. Eventually you'll get your front page.

I'll tell you from experience that FrontPage is not worth it.
It drops your cartoon's score by about 3.00 points, and the idiot morons on newgrounds flood in and write the exact same fucking reviews which are almost always "WTF? HOW DID THIS GET FRONT PAGE?!?!?!"

But of course, they'll never be banned for a review like that because the Moderators here never do their fucking jobs.

Yeah you really should have gotten front page. I think Tom is away or something, because liljim posted the message instead of him. I still think there will be a larger update. Since we both submitted, there has only been 1 update.

Man, it's really nothing out of the ordinary. I have had Daily 3rd's and 4.00+'s not get on the frontpage. It's all a matter of what the admins think of your movie. I don't think it's very likely that an admin skipped over a Daily 2nd, it just wasn't too there liking. Like Zekey said, being on front page can be a real pain anyway, with all the whiny bastards around here. Still, don't be angry. Receiving a Daily 2nd Place trophy is a great honor; you should be rejoicing bro!

It hasn't even been a day yet, calm down. Tom doesn't update the frontpage everyday, normally about like 2 times a week. And whatever he wants to put up is all his choice. This isn't a democracy or anything, it's his site, he puts up what he wants. There is no fair or anything, in fact, just giving everyone's movies and games a place on the internet for free is more than awesome of him, so you shouldn't bitch if it doesn't get frontpage anyways.
