It's a matter of opinion. Do I like tomato soup? Sure. Does everyone? No, I don't think it's safe to say that. Tomato soup is good, but everyone's tastes are different. I would suggest trying different kind of soups to see what everyone can agree on. It's not worth pressing the issue.

You're at a very difficult time in your life and the decisions you need to make aren't very clear to you. You need to follow your moral compass as best you can and try to find people who you can open up to. Looking for quick and easy gratification as a means to try and fill a hole in your psyche isn't going to work, you're only going to spiral into deeper and deeper depression. I think you need to find someone around you that you can confide in.

1. I think you should do it. It seems like a good idea to me, it's a win-win.

What you need to do is differentiate the formula in order to determine the slope. By the looks of that equation, you're going to need to apply a chain rule.

Yeah, I think our foreign policy is ridiculous, too. I think we should be militarily isolationist. If we were, we would be spending much less, have a smaller centralized government, and we wouldn't have all of the foreign relations problems we're having.

We all get angry, but violence is never the answer. I'm capable of intense anger. I've punched holes in my wall in my sleep, but I've never gotten into a fist fight with someone.
