PunBB/FluxBB is the easiest to customize. It took me a whole 4 hours to get it looking like my site, and I don't know a single drop of PHP...

Honestly...how and why should somebody's forum experience show how much they know about a said topic? For all we know, he could be better than doofy, but he doesn't post here, so he's not worth it?
