Warbears stolen by eBaums

I was recently on ebaumsworld and saw that they had WarBears on the site, I was wondering if the creator or newgrounds gave them permission to use it but I'm assuming that niether did = /. I know that ebaums is notorious for stealing from other websites and that doesn't really bother me its the fact that they do not give credit to the sites or people they take it from. I guess theres nothin really anything that can be done but it still pisses me off. I would like to know how others feel about stuff like this and whether credit should be given if it is stolen?

I have seen Warbears on eBaums as well, and when I did, all I could think of was that they stole it. It does piss me off that they don't give credit for stuff that they steal. But there is nothing that anyone can do. There have been people on Newgrounds that have had their accounts terminated because they spammed eBaums forums, so there is nothing you can really do if you want to keep your NG account. But yeah I feel the same way as you. Fuckin' Eric Bauman, that lazy ass son of a bitch....

The warbears authors website only has links to warbears on NG and warbears on gamegarage so if it's hosted anywhere else it is stolen! see for yourself

Actually there was a topic on his forum where he said he got an email thanking him for submitting it when he didn't, they stole it.

I want you all to understand this- Ebaum steals NOTHING. People submit stuff to his site, much of it stolen from other websties. Ebaum may know that the stuff is stolen, but he isn't liable for anything because the people who submit it claim to be the original authors, and Bauman can just deny knowing it was stolen. The people who submit it are the thiefs. Bauman's just an asshole that accepts the stolen work. And no, I'm not taking his side or defending him in any way. He is wrong to accept the obviously stolen stuff.
