I'd have to say Peter, Homer hasn't tossed out anything new over the years and he thinks that choking Bart is always funny. As for why Peter, anyone who fights a chicken because of bad coupons is pretty cool in my book.

Homer yea....he has endurance and stuff but peter fell off a building head first survived, almost defeated death, and even got shot several times by a shot gun. Even with a shotgun wound he laughed
