file > export > image.

flash doesnt export gif's very well, so if you have photoshop, export it as a .png with 24 bit (not alpha channel) then open it in there and save it as a gif (make sure its 500x400 or smaller so you can post it here, unless you'd rather upload it somewhere like imageshack) if you don't have photoshop, or something else that can converta png to a .gif nicely, than export it as a gif or a jpg, it should still give us the general feel for the pic, so we can help you out :3

there is like entire clubs for anime, just use the boards a bit - u think u r the first person ever to draw anime? beleive it or not hundreds before you have asked the same questions, and here they are http://www.newground..nd=b&terms=anime

im still not entirely sure what you mean, but i don't draw anime :P

try the circle tool? im not sure.

just use the color mixer and fill tool to do that stuff.

I used an ink bottle. Bu tno ive erased the lines and it still does the crappy non-complete fill thing

click on the non-filled part. it SHOULD fill in the whole thing, unless you have other lines blocking the fill.

are the lines all on the same layer? are they a symbol (movieclip, graphic, button) or a group? if it is a symbol or group, you have to go into it and then fill it in.

if they are on different layers, cut the lines from each layer and paste them into one layer. then color it in.

same layer...I wass gonna use this as a preloader...whcich was gonna be my next question, how do i make a preloader like work...But I guess I can ask now
