Sad Thing

Heh, I have been on ng for like a while now since 01 and the sad thing is I havent watched some of the biggest movies like keeblur and heros of cybertron and some other big movies but im doing that now:)

I knew about NewGrounds sometime in 1999, or 2000 (I don't quite remember), and signed up for NewGrounds Gold in 2000, just for fun, but I left my account and never felt like depositing gold, leaving messages on the BBS, starting to make movies for the site, reviewing movies, and doing a lot of other stuff until a couple of months ago. Before I went back to managing my NG account, I just came here to play games and stuff - rarely to watch movies. Now NewGrounds has changed so much - even though there are a lot more crappy movies, there still are really good ones worth watching.

heh your lucky cause i came to ng like in 2000 a friend showed me it but i signed up for gold in the summer of 01 cause wade told me to i wish he told me earlier

I'm not really that lucky, cuz I really didn't get to do that much on the site. You knew about NewGrounds in 2000, and it's about the same thing. It doesn't make that much of a difference if the sign-up date is earlier - the only thing that does is that it gives you a reason to show off and say "n00b" to a guy with a later sign-up date, which I never do just because a guy's new and I feel like teasing him for no reason. That also decreases your NGBBS posts/day ratio, but that's not that important either - I'm not that lucky at all.

Yea me too. I've known this website since 99/00 but never bothered to sign up. But last January I signed then didnt come back for a really long time. I came back last month and found that alot had changed. I thought for good until I saw the portal...
