You can say how terrible it is that there are no black presidents/senators/MPs etc, but in reality, it's understandable.
Not that there shouldn't be any, but how it has ocurred that there are none.
Most of the population is white.
Most of the canditates are white.
Most of the population votes for most of the canditates.
This leaves little for the minority canditates.
So if minorities want to get into power, what they need to do is take up a bigger percentage of the population. I recommend compulsory impregnation. All minority females m ust bear as many children as fast as possible. Then you'll always win!

I do think there are a lot of racial problems in America and there are some people, or twats as i like to call them, who dont understand that white people make up 30% of the world population. Just stop to think about how much of the world you would see as being more populated by white people. I really hate seeing racism and i think people should be proud of their countries racial diversity. And another thing, the klu klux klan are the biggest shitheads on earth. Does anyone actually like them?

The topic "White America" wasn't getting making any replies for a day or two... I was afraid that it was dying out... it's my fav topic for the politics section of NGBBS, and I'm glad that people are posting again. Well, I'm gonna start posting again too.

Yeah, that's probably why they don't get the votes. Does that mean that everyone supports their own race / skin color? I'm not so sure about that. It could be racism, but I think it's because different races could have total different interests, or they may just be good at other things. Does the fact that there are more European-Americans and Europeans (white people) than other races in hockey mean that they're racist? I don't think so. Does the fact that there are more African-Americans than others in soccer mean that they're racist? No.

True, people should really take pride in where they originate from. People should not be afraid to show it due to racism. For example, people from Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan shouldn't stop from taking pride from in their countries just because racist people label them as terrorists.
Well, just as long as you don't show off that your race is better than others, it's ok to show off. Every race has its own good things.
And true, the Klu Klux Klan are shitheads.

LOL... well, that's a good way to put it. But, even if the African-Americans are the majority, most of them still don't have to be interested in politics, or at least not interested in it as their future career. That's why America still probably won't have a black president. Not necessarily because the parties that send out the candidates, or voters, are racist.

Tell your "homeboys" to vote instead of slinging all day and maybe they'll get some representation.

Hmmm... I wonder if any of NewGrounds' managers (e.g. Tom, Wade, Synj, etc.), or other really important people can post their opinions here. It could be interesting to know their opinions on this topic.

Well, most VIP's on NewGrounds like the managers might not visit this, because, they go with the majority of NewGrounds, well, the bad thing, is that there's a very small amount of people coming to the politics forum compared to the number of people coming to the general forum. I have nothing against the general forum - I post there sometimes too, but more people should come and take the time to read and post stuff here.

On the other hand, if too many people come, this forum should lose its reputation as a junk-free forum. Maybe the politics forum is good the way it is.

Ah well... I'm giving up the chance of the managers coming here and posting. It could happen, and I hope it does, but this still may never occur. There's a better chance for mods to post here, since they're around the BBS 24/7, or almost 24/7 - mostly in the general section, but they still do come here sometimes.

Damn, shouldn't have made all those comments that are not so related to this topic... ah well, at least they're still keeping this topic alive, and somewhat related, since I was hoping to get the opinions of the managers of the site on this.

Hey, Mr. Y-
Why don't you just include all the stuff you're going to say in one post?
Trying to get your numbers up? Please don't. It gets to be a bitch to surf through 8 pages of "Mr Y" because he always does the 4-post maximum for four different sentences.
Two is understandable. Maybe you forgot a point or something. but this is getting a little flagrant, don't you think?

So much Mr. Y!
And on another note, I don't think we'll have a black President any time soon. Maybe a woman in 2004, but that's going to scare the bejesus out of me. Hillary Clinton. I liked Bill, don't get me wrong, but Hillary always frightened the hell out of me.

Seriously, I would rather have anyone else other than Hilary Clinton. That woman is the devil! She reeks of ambition and who knows what she will do and whose bed she will sleep in to get to be President! She is way too untrustworthy and has suspicious motives. I would rather keep Bush in office than let her within 20 feet of the White House.

One valid point so far.
She reeks of ambition and who knows what she will do and whose bed she will sleep in to get to be President!
She wouldn't sleep with anyone, that's the point. She's just too ambitious. Like that line from Julius Caesar. Something like ...and for his ambition, I slew him
She is way too untrustworthy and has suspicious motives. I would rather keep Bush in office than let her within 20 feet of the White House.
No...she's TOO trustworthy. That's why she scares me. She's just way too...MORAL. Or at least that's the aura she gives off.

Mr_Y can post to his limit all I care. He's usually got either informative/funny/insightful posts, so I don't consider it spam.
There's few people on the politics board who would spam, so we need not worry.

Dude, sorry. I killed "White America" what was I thinking? Noooooo!!! Yeah, I'll try to remember not to do it again. I just was bored earlier because noone was posting in this topic (I do have a life, I don't keep on refreshing the topic, but I guess i didn't have much to do at that time) and kept on coming back to this topic to post stuff. Sorry if it looks annoying, I just thought that some people might like it better if you post more posts instead of making a long hard-to-read and never-ending post.
But at least it keeps the topic alive right?

Mr_Y-
It's cool. I just thought you were posting four in succession to get up your post numbers, because they're all like, a sentence long. You do usually have insight and all, and you have valid points, I just wanted them in one long post instead of four. Anywho, feel free to disregard what I said earlier then.

Whohoo! Someone appreciates my posts!... Well, I don¡¯t remember ever spamming on the NG BBS. If I¡¯ve ever done it, I¡¯ve probably only done it once or twice. I try to make my posts contain at least two lines, because... I donno... those are my standards, even though I have nothing against single-line posts made by other people. I guess that this way, with two-line posts, people don¡¯t have much of a reason to call it spam unless if I repeat too many things or just type shit that doesn¡¯t make sense ¨C I don¡¯t remember typing crap like that. Still, I'm going to try to not do that 5-consecutive-post thing again. Sorry guys. I Wonder if DarkBlueFlame753 is going to kill me for this.
BTW, about the female president, I donno about a female president in the United States. It won't affect me as much, since I'm Canadian, but thinking of a female president does give me the creeps - I donno why - maybe because of a possible great change. There must be another topic on this that's in the politics section.
