Do you think the idea of Isolationism is a good path for the US to lean towards in the future? We would end all foreign policies, focus on Homeland Security, up the Police Funding. What do you think?

Good idea, not workable though. It would mean that we couldn't trade with anyone (because if we did we would be dragged into wars) and at the moment that ain't gonna happen.

As most things these days, this is just an idea. Sure, there will always be a chance for this to happen, as everything has a chance, somehow or another. Though I, myself, say that this is just not a good idea. I mean, there could be a debate about this that could go on for a period of time, whether short or not, but in the end it would not be such a good idea. As someone above has stated, America would not be able to trade with other countries. If this was so, there would not be many toys for the children (seeing as most of the products are made from China or somewhere in Asia anyway) and there are many more imported goods from other countries.
To be honest, I really want a better computer because this computer's a bum. Anyway, the point I'm making is that it's not really a good idea.

Canada provides oil, food, and lumber for the US, I mean, Fort McMurray, Alberta has the worlds second largest oil deposit, your allies with us so we provide you with pretty much everything you need and more. Its a mutual relationship.

You just listed a bunch of stuff Canada Supplies the US with, how is it a mutual relationship? Defensive? Offensive?

Yea, it seems that patriotism has become a propaganda war. Now if someone dosen't agree with you, you try to convince them they're being unpatriotc, and this strategy works all too often.

It hasn't become a propaganda weapon; it's always been one . . .
