Hey, I'm workingon a site re-design, and I really want to switch to php for 2 reasons:
1: Same template for everything
2: News Updater

If anyone is willing to help, that would be great

I wouldn't say you're going to be switching to PHP. You're more so tying it in with html to make your html pages dynamic.

Oh... and I forgot to mention. You're server you're being hosted on must have PHP on it. You're using a .tk domain name and that leaves me no choice but to assume that you're using freewebs. They don't support php and most hosting that does, needs to be payed for!

Well, if you're wanting the same template for everything, that's a CSS thing. If you want the same header on every page, that's a very simple include() function. As for the news thing...check out PHP: Main, the thread that GamesCool gave you. There are some tutorials there that can help you out, such as mine...yknow, no self advertising or anything...called Creating a Blog.

It'd be alot better for your site if you learned the PHP yourself, because then you could maintain it alot easier.

Not necessarily.. It's possible to use PHP to allow for there to be the same template on every page.

Yeah...but I figured that's what he was meaning. He seemed a bit on the new side of web programming.
