Back in the day most of the shows on G4 were focused on video games, nowadays most of the shows on G4 are targeted to gamers but without the video games.(fastlane, StarTrek,The man show, anime unleashed, Happytree friends and friends, street fury, formala D, and Braniac) why did they stop showing the video games?

Yeah, that pisses me off. Never really liked G4, but at least before it used to focus on video games...

because when they went from techtv to g4, they wanted to appeall to a older audience, not just the geeks like us. they still have quiltly progams, like xplay, but have crap like fastlane to cover it up

I wish I got Anime Unleashed, The Man Show, and HTFAF on my G4. I have Canadian G4 which has crappy show on a lot like Call for Help and Gadgets and Gizmos. Ugh.

It used to be Tech TV and about the only video-game show was x-play (i should know for i saw the very first episodes) and the main shows were anime unleashes, x-play, and star trek. so they were with ''G4'' for the whole time.

Yeah, X-Play is one of the very few good shows left.

Ah G4, I shall remember it as it used to be, about vidiogames, but know, it's crap except x-play(if thay show a new episode). I hated the tech tv things, i stoped waching it then.

well music tv (mtv) doesnt need to show any music, why does g4 need to show stuff about games? but yes, it's changed. at least there are still some good shows on there... well, there are other good shows, but not game related ;)

I read that Triumph the Insult Comic Dog is getting his own show on G4.
Along with Banzai. This being the 4th channel trying to run the show (first Fox, then USA, then Comedy Central, all failing miserably).

Unscrewed was one of the greatest shows to grace and channel EVER. But now I only watch XPlay and Brainiac.
