If you guys are worried about it, yahoo has a deal going on now where its just 3 dollars a year for a domain. I bought one for three years for only $9. Works for most domain extensions too.

Shouldn't be any legal troubles. If they're silly enough to allow you a domain by just a few clicks on a webpage, it's their fault. I could understand if it required some kind of hacking, but this thing could be easily done by accident.

So to answer your question, no, there shouldn't be any troubles.

I just went on www.godaddy.com and it says that there is free hosting with every domain, but it seems to be ad supported. Unless there is an option for payed hosting.
