Wow -- how the site has changed since then! That old version looks like a The Cheat original from homerstarrunner.com.

That's awesome. The A-Bot looks so ghetto... and to think that Ryanitto was featured artist... haven't heard anything from him in a while...

That doesn't surprise me, given that the domain wasn't even registered until 98.

Yeah, whatever. You get it. I just refuse to say "owned" or "pwned".
Outside of quotes, of course.

well b0unce - the solution is to isolate the main link that lets you go back in time and then simply choose a slightly different date aftre you type in newgrounds - just find one that the trance section works - altho you migth be a little surprised.. when I came to newgrounds - the charts were 100 songs a page - and the entire first page of trance was all dreamscaper. All 100 spots. Hahhahaha..

oh my god I just remembered something...
it was actually xbrav himself that motivated me to make music here - and it was actually my fault for introducing soundfonts to him that his whole rpg whoring fiasco began... man..

I was actually around back then. A lurker maybe, but I WAS THERE!!! So I'm more important than you :D
Except those of you that were around before me. ;)
Good times, I remember very well when RageIV's Nightfall had a 4.49, it rocked the AP. It still does in fact. And the old crappy discs that it showed for platinum and gold, and diamond didn't even exist back then and... *sigh* I'm getting all nostaligic ^^
Sad thing is my only song prolly had like a 2.0, so it isn't showing up... or I just cant find it... >.>

actually the diamond track DID exist back then - its just that nobody had one yet..
it was great - i could take up half the charts with ease back then..
and denvish thats awesome - but dreamscaper still beat everyone with his total domination of the trance charts,,

hahaha aww how embarrassing that email hehehe...
ya I thought your music was cool - it still is - man we had to much fun rivalling and fighting over the top of the charts hehehe...
and gorebastard when about did you enter the scene? I just remember that at some unknown point all you new people just sorta popped into existance.. maybe it was with the birth of the audio forum - before that nobody really bothreed to get to know the other musicians unless their paths somehow crossed and a name was shoved under your nose..

I appeared in January/Febuary 2005. The audio portal layout was different then, and to be honest I preffered it that way. It showed the top 100 songs instead of the top 50. The only difference is that you couldn't get platinum/double platinum songs and stuff. Ahhh, the good old days... not that long ago!!!

No, it didn't. The listing limits haven't changed since the audio portal started back in 2003. On any page...

um.. actually if you click the link the chart shows 1-100.. I also remember they changed it to 50 because the goddamn new headphones icons were too big - and stamper can testify to that!
