I like the header...very professional. The people who don't like the "new look" obviously don't understand that this move is a move toward legitimacy, towards profits, which is VERY important if you want to suceed. It costs alot of money to run a site like this, and I think this will attract more advertising money, which will be great for everyone here. If you don't like advertising, open your on site without it and see how long it lasts with traffic like this one. It would be impossible. Congratulations guys. I think this is a step in the right direction.

Am I the only who thinks that the flash and audio portal buttons should switch place? The audio portal button has the best position even though the flash portal is the heart and soul of this place - and it bugs me that I keep pressing the wrong button and always ending up at the audio portal...

i totally agree, the BBS is a huge network, it's sorta hidden

maybe it should stay that way :s

if you could make it possible to search for audio artists and songs as well from the new header i think a lot of audio artists will be very happy.

This is definitely a good thing. While I still think it's a bit top heavy, I can see that it's making people really think about siging up.

Good, in the past it didn't work always, now it does!

Also, when you log in, it will now refresh the current page. This makes it easier to get to work, since most of the time users aren't trying to access their account info. If you do need to access your account info, simply click the "ACCOUNT OPTIONS" button that appears after you log in. We are hoping this way works best for most people!

So the buttons might still be too big, the vertical height too tall, and the slogan too bland - but beyond that - any other bugs / glitches with the new header?

I don't have any problems with the sizes, and i've found no bugs indeed. Though i hope you fix the log-out problem soon, but you're on that already, i understood?

BTW - we noticed a dramatic increase in sign-ups yesterday. If the trend continues, it means the new header has encouraged a lot more people to sign up for accounts. Hopefully that's a good thing! :)

Heh ofcourse! If anything changes/happens with my favourite site, i'm the first (who wants) to see it! The layout has improved alot indeed, i like it very much!! I also hope that the main site layout gets improved? Heh just kidding, but it would be cool ^^.

I personaly like the new header, just not the slogan. Also, will the newgrounds stickers cange? Cause i got a few with the old logo.

I was planning to sign up for a while now but I thought I'd to it today so I could see more of the redesign. Very nice, although it seems like you've only just started the previous 'new' layout.

After years of lurking on NG I finally signed up cos of the big shiny gold bars.

This isn't a bug or glitch as much as a little correction. When you hover over the forums / help / etc. buttons they turn white, when you hover over the "Not a member?" / "Forgot your password?" buttons they don't.

I'm being picky, I know =)

Some would say you've pushed it to the limit, Tom, but I think that it looks decent. I also see that now saving your login information is guaranteed.

Some webpages I open on NG bring the Cannot Find Server Page thing. Are you updating those areas that still the January, 2003 header?
