Ok, that's it! I'm PISSED THE FUCK OFF ABOUT THIS! THE NEW YAAFM (YAAFMS USUALLY BEING FUNNY) IS JUST OFFENSIVE. While it may be true that if the Muslim extremists stop blowing themselves and other people up, then the Danes won't print offensive (to Muslims) cartoons, I find it highly unconcionable for "Reginold" to call all Muslims "fucking morons." I am certainly indignant about this. Thoughts?

I do defend the Walrus's right to post YAAFM 12: Muslims because I believe in free speech, and he's not inciting violence from those who dislike Muslims but only from Muslims. I may be offended, but I'm not rioting. Just ranting.

My post was more towards every other topic about the cartoon then specifically towards yours. I am just a little ticked at all of the people who want it removed.

Yeah, he couldn't keep his stereotypes right. "All muslims control the 7-11s and drive taxi cabs."? Last time I checked, that was a Hindu stereotype. But then, that series is known for being controversial, much like many other series' on NG. They do it for attention.

Once again, what I don't understand is if any of these cartoons attacked Christians no one would be up in arms. Why are people so sensitive toward Muslims now? How about everyone fuck off and if something offends you DON'T FUCKING LOOK AT IT!

They are being fucking morons. Thank God someone can speak the truth. How was it offensive? The only thing wrong about it was the 7/11 and the taxi thing, he should have mentioned the Hindus atleast. But other than that I agree with him.

Nobody would blow anything up. Sure, there might be an uproar, but nobody would die because of it. You don't see this kind of explosive anger with any other kind of groups in this day and age.

I think the Walrus or Zipperfish guy doesn't actually believe half the shit he's saying. He was just being really slack on being politically correct about it, which means clarifying that he doesn't mean ALL Muslims. If someone tried to tell me those things, I'd debate with some of the points that I believe he was wrong, but because this was just a cartoon, I don't take it nearly as seriously.

Personally I would hold the cartoon in high regard as a symbol of free speech. The thing I liked most about that YAAFM is the point it made about how people sacrilege and make fun of the christian religion all the time (see the Peter Godly series among others on Newgrounds if you doubt me there). The fact that Islams, jew, etc... are so quick to stereotype christians by their extremists then act like whiney little oppressed bitches when we give them a dose of their own medicine is greatly uneven yet it has become a social norm in the world as well as the forums. For this reason, I agree ALMOST wholeheartedly with that YAAFM (I say almost because I am still partial against making fun of christianity).

I'm being completely honest when I say that I mostly agree with it . Even Iraq and afgahnastan have been violently protesting, to me this says that there is no hope. Um... seeing as how they had enough time to burn down the Danish embassy, burn their flags, shoot a few people, etc. That really leads you to believe they have an efficient police force? I guarantee you less than half of the rioters were arrested. I'd be fucking impressed if even 1/4 were arrested.

Or it means that nobody even tried to stop them from doing so. If somebody tried to burn down a building as part of a violent protest, especially an embassy, they'd get a mouthful of riot baton in America.
