Assuming that the American society goes on for another few hundred years atleast, I definitly think a non-caucasian president is due. What I dispise are the people who believe that since there have been only white-man presidents, that the next one should be anything-but, regardless of who it is or their qualifications. The exact opposite isn't always, or even often, the best solution, because things aren't always black-and-white.

well, the non white population is always rising, so i see no reason for a non white not to be president. Not soon though, probably not in my life time.
