Does anyone reaally care if the slogan sums up what the site is about? Everyone already knows. The old one was clever and amusing, the new one is boring and corporate.

How bout this were proud to present on the N.G another bad flash that no one will see

well atleast the new slogans better than the probloms of the future today and by the way this is probobly the best site in the world

I personally liked the other slogan, but this is more appropriate. I like what you have done to the site and have no problem with it. I just ask one thing, remove the smiley add that screams at you " say something". I'm not asking to get rid of their sponcership i just ask that they have an ad that doesn't scream.

All of the crappy, violent etc. junk posted here contributes more to the problems of society. That's why "The problems of the future, today!" matches Newgrounds much better. It sounds cooler as well, and is more original and imaginative.

Everything, by everyone? WTF? Is everything on this site? Is everyone on this site? No, didn't think so. The only things on this site are basically flash content, wallpapers, etc. How in hell is that everything? Does it sell shoes? Does it sell houses? No, it's not everything. And everyone? Don't even get me started there. I don't think the whole population of the planet goes on Newgrounds in their spare time to submit flash content.

"Everything , By Everyone" does not mean everyone is on the site, nor that everything is on the site. It means everything on the site is available to anyone who wants to see it, and that anybody can have their voice heard, be it in flash or the BBS.

Has anyone of you already noticed that the old slogan is still standing in the top of your screen when you're on the frontpage?

Yes they notice and plan on leaving it like that. Keeping it a retro-past style like some of the pages the site uses the layout from 04 or early 05.

your right. i liked the old slogan better also. the new one just isn't that great. "everything by everyone". The new one may not be as great as the other one, but Tom was right. the older one kinda did gave a negitve impact.

The front page html title tag still has the old slogan in it.

Search engines like google use exactly this tag for the overall title of a website, so I would change the content of this tag ASAP.

Sorry if this was already mentioned before; I wasn't interested in reading through the whole thread just to see if. ;-)
