I want to become an icon artist and help all the poor iconless flashes but I don't know how. asicly all I need to know is how to take a screenshot of flash and how to change it to 46x46 pixels without photoshop.

just press Prt Scrn, go into your favorite picture editing program, paste, crop, and save!

Photoshop is the best if you want A+ effects
Ulead Photo Impact is a close second. It's easer to learn, cheaper and you can still get some wicked effects.
The print screen button and your common Windows art program *coughpaintcough* will also do wonders to with a bit of a creative mind.
And if you are a really crazy GFX person, you can also try 3D art and saving it as a still gif or jpg.
