I think the new header is a bit too bright, plus I liked the old slogan/motto better, but thats just my opinion.

I like the old menu better, these buttons look a little too big. I think adding a little flash to the new menu would help.

I personally don't like the new outlook. Way to much orange, getting away from the original yellow and black colors. I am also unsatified with the grounds gold menu not being in Java anymore. WTF mate?
And getting rid of the slogan the problems of the future, today. Seriously, how could you get rid of that classic? It has been around forever, and will always represent newgrounds.

the new menu looks good, but it's too big. The old one had more personality; it was fitting for a Flash-oriented site to have Flash buttons. However, since this is CSS, it should be easy to provide different layouts selectable by the user... how about an option to change the header to a smaller version (for registered users only for example)?

Problem: None of the dropdown boxes (the ones that contains all the page number and automatically takes you to page X) work anymore. For proof, click my profile, search for all of my posts, and try to go to page 2. You will get an error (at least in IE).
The same thing applies to the page dropdown in flash reviews, the dropdown for the main forums, and I'm sure pretty much every drop-down box on newgrounds.

I came on this morning and it all looks great but 1 thing. I don't know if other people agree but i feel that now the banner stands out more than the rest because of slighly different colours and a more mordern feel. I know this will probally take quite a while but i feel you should do a similar thing to the rest of the site
But all in all great job boys :D
