Ruling by fear...so bored with this already...they give you good guidlines to follow in your life.
And how do they get you to follow what they say? How do they get you to go to church? Why is it that many old people that were atheists become born again Christians near the end of their lives?
How does saying hail marry make things any better? All it does is further mind control you. (Remember that the easiest way to control someone's mind is to make them follow resistive routines, and make them tired.)
It is fear. Fear of eternal pain and torment. This is why I say they use fear. Seriously, how many of you follow your religion because god is good to you? God is not good to you unless it pleases his fancy. Just look at some of the stories of the bible. God tests you and torments you if he feels like it. I forget the name of the story, but there was a man that god punished, just because he wanted to see if the man would lose his religion if he went through enough hardship. He killed all of his sons, made him bankrupt, and made him have great big boils all over his face so that no one would want to even look at him. Of course the man gave up god, but it was god's fault. He was being an asshole. Any god that was willing to test a theory by harming a man and ruining his life is not a god that I want to follow.
I know quite allot of the bible actually. (Don’t quote various sections saying things like Jacob 5:11 because anyone that memorizes that stuff is crazy) I know almost all the stories in the old and new testaments. I have actually read the bible myself, unlike some Christians that just follow exactly what their priest says and sing songs about how good god and Jesus are.

Gezel - Do not steal.
Gilui arayot - Do not be sexually immoral (incest and adultery)
Birkat Hashem - Do not blaspheme.
Ever min ha-chai - Do not eat anything of the body of a living animal (given to Noah and traditionally interpreted as prohibition of cruelty towards animals)
Dinim - Set up righteous and honest courts and apply fair justice in judging offenders and uphold the principles of the last six." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noahide_Laws
) And these are accurate.
"The Talmud also states: "Righteous people of all nations have a share in the world to come" (Sanhedrin 105a). Any non-Jew who lives according to these laws is regarded as one of "the righteous among the gentiles". (Same source). This is true, as far as I've heard.
But Gandhi was Hindu! He didn’t worship our god! Therefore according to "Avodah zarah - Do not worship false gods/idols." he is not in heaven. Gandhi followed all other rules, but he worshiped "false gods".

Why were people in the bible allowed to have sex without marriage? Why didn’t god get angry when people had sex in the bible when they weren’t married yet? Some of god's chosen people had sex outside of marriage. If it was wrong, he should at least have told them that they shouldn’t do it.

Accepting Jesus as your personall savior means that you follow what he teaches.
And that is what he teaches.
Well it’s funny, how the people that worship Jesus are often the ones that don’t follow many of the things he says. Hardly any Christians would actually "turn the other cheek when" slapped. Many Christians don’t follow the philosophy of treating your neighbor as you would have them treat you. It is hilarious how Christianity has become so intolerant of other people's beliefs, when Jesus always preached a message of love and tolerance. Many Christians believe that an eye for an eye is alright, and that the death penalty is just. (I personally approve of the death penalty, but I am not Christian) just think to yourself, do you follow everything that Jesus said? If you don’t then you haven’t accepted Jesus as your personal savior yet.
Remember the period of the crusades? The pope said that in Jesus’ name we must destroy all the heretics in the holy land. (Or something like that anyway) then a whole bunch of religious people went to Jerusalem, and killed many thousands of innocent people, many of them Christian in Jesus’ name.
Then president bush said we are going to go on a crusade against terrorism. AKA: We are going to go on a journy to kill many innocent people against terrorism.
If more Christians followed what Jesus said, I wouldn’t have too many problems with them, but they don’t. They only think about how he was a great man and he made the ultimate sacrifice for us. Many don’t follow his actual teachings, just his sacrifice.
Jesus said that just because some people are "religious", that doesn't mean they are "righteous". (Matthew 7:16-27)

You really have some subconsicous anger towards Christianity right.
Yes i TRY to follow everything that Jesus taught, but once again i am a flawed and sinfull human being.
Just because you commit sins, doens't mean you can't try not to.
Anyways, all your other stuff is basically stereoype's and what you see from mass media showing that Christians are intolerant bigots.
An eye for an eye(don't really support it) is a common way of life for people. Forgivness is great for the person, but Law is Law.
You can forgive a person and they could still be put to death. Life on Earth is short.
Death Penalty all together is different. Since i don't support taking of a Human life you'll have to ask someone else.

Basically the Pope called for a crusade to the Holy Land because of the increasing Seljuk Turk offensive in the area and the restrictions of Christians to the holy sights.
The first Crusade i consider one of the best at the beginning, then Kings took it over for different reasons then Religion.
Then president bush said we are going to go on a crusade against terrorism. AKA: We are going to go on a journy to kill many innocent people against terrorism.
What the fuck does that have to do with Religion. Thats politics not religion.

Many follow many of his teachings, people just interept them in different ways.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "Men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies . . . must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided."3
Then why on earth have the Church start to kick homosexual out of the pulpit? If a person is gay but they abstain for having sex whats the problem?

Ever see the sight www.godhatesfags.com? Why, when these people wave banners and shout "GOD HATES FAGS!" don’t more decent Christians assemble right across from them and wave banners saying that god loves fags?

I don’t have anger against Christianity. I have anger against people that are trying to mind control us. I actually think that most of Jesus’ teachings are good. (Generally) It’s just that the bible deals in absolutes. Anything that deals in absolutes will, in time become evil.
An example of this would be the current topic. Is killing bad? It says so in the bible, but when is it considered killing? Is destroying a fetus killing? Is destroying the glob of cells that is going to turn into a baby killing? Is using protection when having sex killing?
When people look to a book to guide themselves through life they should find the book incomplete, rather then become fanatics and believe the book above their own observations. It makes me sad. I know several people that have been duped into becoming fanatical. My sister for one...

That right there is my biggest problem with a lot of Christians: They follow the Bible rather than Jesus. The Bible was written by the disciples, not by Jesus, so much of the content is twisted by their own interpretations and biases. Add to that Constantine's bastardization of Jesus's teachings, and you've got yourself a rather different religion.

Well if you can find some other sources of information about Jesus's teaching please give me a call since we have nothing else.
This probally the closest will get to Jesus's words.
The few accounts written by Peter are it.
These were written by followers of his.
And they were pretty loyal.
