Actually he was directly behind Dick, I am a hunter, and as any hunter knows when bird hunting you plant your legs and only shoot at what is infront of you. In Dicks so called interview with Fox news, "UNFAIR AND UNBALANCED" he stated that he rotated 180 degrees before shooting at a bird. If this is true then it is his fault. This whole blaming the guy who got shot is just another way for them to destract us from what happend. The Dick shot a man tried to cover it up. (Probaly while drunk) He got cought covering it up, so they give the job of cleanning up the mess to FOX NEWS. It is also not only about the cover up. It also shows all of us that the Dick is responsible to no one but himself.
