Just a big reminder to everyone - we will never send you an email requesting your NG account info. Especially one that asks you to send it to a yahoo email account. We aren't whiping out the accounts and have plenty of backup files, so we will never need to ask you for your information. If you give your information to someone and they hijack your account, it is hard for us to do damage control because you have to prove the account was yours in the first place. Bottom line: If you make stupid decisions we might not be able to help you!

AOTS was cool, and Chuck Norris is the big thing these days. For me at work you can't say Chuck Norris wihout everybody laughing.

You know what I think would be a great idea to fix the forums a bit?

I think you should send a link telling people you need to get our info for a server cleanup with a fake e-mail,

Then put a fake site with a newgrounds login template, (Fake site, as in get a free histing site where you can record data)

Anyone who hits the button to register their info, automatic IP ban from the forums for at least 3 months.

My only guess is that they want to spam without having any consequences, so they prey on some new user who hasnt fully adapted yet. And if they keep doing that, they'll eventually get someone.

Yeah, I can't believe people still fall for that. You guys as admins have easy access to our account info and anyone who blindly gives out their password to a Tom Fulp wannabe is quite frankly a complete moron.
